IT’S STILL SUMMER
WANT TO WEAR THOSE SKIMPY BIKINIS

YOU STILL CAN, THOUGH.
It does not always mean that eating fats will make you fat.
Contrary to popular beliefs, there is such thing as GOOD FAT. While hydrogenated, oxidized, fried and heat-processed fats like those found in margarine, vegetable shortening and fried foods (french fries - as one of them … I still heart it though especially if you dump the fries in sundae..yummy.. ill have one later), are no doubt HARMFUL. There are also essential fatty acids (EFA) that are not only necessary for overall health but can also help one LOSE weight the right way. They are vital for cardiovascular, immune, reproductive, and skin well-being.
EFA deficiency may bring about arthritis, diabetis, skin disorders, breast cancer, premenstrual period (PMS), low energy level, fatigue, allergy, yeast problems, mood swings, and depression ( I guess ill recommend this to one of my friend - antidepressant ).
For healthy dose of EFA’s:
- OMEGA 3: Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel and sardines 3-4 times a week. Other sources are wheat germ oil, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and hemp seed oil.
- OMEGA 6: Take evening primrose oil daily. Other sources are black currant seed oil, pine nuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, and conjugated linoleic acid capsules.
- OMEGA 9: Take 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil daily. Other sources are sesame oil, avocado, peanuts, almonds, pecans, cashew, hazelnuts and macadamian nuts.
